7月13日，榮安集團在東錢湖錢湖賓館召開2019半年度經(jīng)營工作會議。榮安集團及下屬子公司中高層人員參加會議。榮安集團董事長王久芳、榮安地產(chǎn)總經(jīng)理王叢瑋及其他高管出席會議。
會上，地產(chǎn)公司運營管控部首先向大會作《榮安地產(chǎn)2019上半年度完成分析報告》。報告顯示，上半年公司以戰(zhàn)略為指導(dǎo)，以組織變革為支撐，以權(quán)責(zé)流程變革為保障，同時借助于標準化建設(shè)、信息化建設(shè)，確保了公司年度經(jīng)營計劃目標的達成；下半年，公司將持續(xù)推進組織架構(gòu)優(yōu)化，完善激勵機制，實現(xiàn)規(guī)模和利潤平衡，繼續(xù)堅持城市深耕，把市場做熟做透。
隨后，榮安地產(chǎn)公司財務(wù)總監(jiān)鄭偉紅做《公司項目財務(wù)工作報告》。榮安地產(chǎn)各城市公司、天苑建設(shè)、物業(yè)公司負責(zé)人在會上分別作《2019上半年度工作總結(jié)報告》，總結(jié)2019年上半年各項工作的完成情況，并分享項目的成功經(jīng)驗，對工作失誤及教訓(xùn)進行總結(jié)。榮安地產(chǎn)總經(jīng)理王叢瑋認真聽取報告，并就工作中的重難點予以點評，對下半年工作提出具體要求。
王久芳董事長會上對上半年榮安取得的驕人業(yè)績表示充分肯定，并發(fā)表重要講話，就2018提出的榮安五年戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，從實現(xiàn)路徑、城市研究、組織架構(gòu)、人才機制、投資策略等方面進行深刻解析，為五年戰(zhàn)略目標的實現(xiàn)指明了方向。
